Digital Products and Services: All sales of digital products and services, including but not limited to online courses, downloadable content, and access to exclusive materials, are final. Members and customers will have instant access to all products and services upon purchasing. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be provided. 

3. Live Events and Workshops: Registration fees for live events, workshops, or any in-person activities organized by TCSG Academy are non-refundable. In the event of cancelation, TCSG Academy may, at its discretion, provide alternative arrangements or credits for future events.

4. Membership and Subscription Fees: Membership and subscription fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

5. Exceptions: TCSG Academy may, under exceptional circumstances and at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be issued in the form of credits or alternative arrangements, not cash.
