This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between TCSG Academy (referred to as "Company") and the affiliate party agreeing to the terms herein (referred to as "Affiliate").

1. Commission Structure: Affiliate shall be entitled to receive commissions based on the agreed-upon compensation plan outlined by TCSG Academy. The specific commission rates and payment terms are detailed in the official compensation plan documentation.

2. Promotion and Marketing: Affiliate agrees to promote TCSG Academy's products/services ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws. Any promotional materials or strategies must be approved by TCSG Academy prior to use.

3. Commissions and Payments: Commissions earned by the Affiliate will be paid according to the schedule outlined in the compensation plan. TCSG Academy reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment terms with reasonable notice.

4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. TCSG Academy reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Affiliate engages in any unlawful or unethical promotional activities.

5. Confidentiality: Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information, including but not limited to customer lists, business strategies, and marketing plans, obtained during the term of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

7. Miscellaneous: Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between TCSG Academy and the Affiliate.
